Candy Clay

• 1 14 ounces white candy melts
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup

Cooking Instructions

Melt coating in microwave. (I use Guittard Brand) Be careful not to burn it. Take out just before all wafers are melted. add corn syrup. Stir until well mixed. I like to do this in the mixer and stir until all the shortning is out. I knead it to remove the rest of the oil. This makes the best flowers, leaves and fins. Let rest for 24 hours at room temperature or one hour in frig. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in plastic bowl.
