Soft Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Cookies

• 1 Cup soft margarine
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1 (4oz) package instant vanilla pudding
• 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
• 1 cup plumped raisins
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tespoons vanilla
• 1 cup course chopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Plump raisins, cover with water and microwave for 30 seconds, drain well. 3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. 4. Bake until lightly browned.
