Grandma Gander's Pineapple Frosting. This was the frosting that My Mom put on all her Angel Food Cakes. Even though I decorated Cakes, My three Children requested this from Grandma for their Birthday.

Tylose Gum Paste

Tylose is an alternative product to use in making gum paste instead of gum tragacanth. The advantage of the tylose is that the paste is less expensive, easier to make, holds up better in humidity and is whiter in color.
